Another Award for Minoli
We have the honor of being awarded the 14th best bathroom / toilet in the UK by the Daily Telegraph.
The amazing collection of bathrooms can be seen on the Telegrapgh web site, with the Minoli tiled bathroom featured at number 14.
Our client Weston, used the Minoli Ambition Series, Gold mosaic to fantastic effect in this award winning property.

On a night of great excitement Minoli wins second award
Having been awarded the trophy for Excellence in Distribution, we were delighted to then also receive the Award for best tile used in a development by a house builder.
Having worked so closely with our client Finlay, to create the most amazing home using the latest collections, including Style Series, we were overjoyed to have had this recognized by the Tile Association this year, making it two wins from two nominations!

Minoli wins Excellence in Distribution for the second year running

Consecutive wins for Minoli in The Tile Association awards for Excellence in distribution.
On Saturday april 21st, at the annual tile association awards, the “Oscars” of the tile industry. Minoli was awarded the Excellence in Distribution award after having successfully achieved the same in 2011.
Obviously we are delighted to have been recognised by our industry peers, and the award will simply spur us on to better things, continuing to offer the highest level of service to all of our clients.

Minoli celebrate TTA Awards success
Continuing their run of success, Minoli have claimed first place in both the categories for which they were nominated at the annual Tile Association Awards. Following on from consecutive wins in 2010 and 2011, the Oxford-based tile distributor came away with awards for ‘Excellence In Distribution’ and ‘Best Use Of Tile By House Developer’.
The Tile Association Awards celebrate all that is best in the wall and floor tile industry. They recognise and reward the outstanding products, people, businesses and projects of the preceding year.

The Two New Minoli Trucks enter PDI
The first two new Minoli 15 T trucks are now out of build and paint and are ready to go for PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) at the supplying dealership, here in Oxford.
Pictured here in our loading area, the truck is shown in its new silver paint, and is awaiting signwriting as soon as the PDI is complete.
Chris transport manager for Minoli commented, “Obviously we are very excited to have the two new truck ready and going to PDI, I would expect both of these to be on the road and servicing our client needs during the first week of May. I intend to use them initially on two of central London routes as they have been specifically design for Urban Delivery, with Air Suspension, tail lifts and state of the art Automatic gear boxes, not to mention the increase in environmental efficiency over older vehicles.”
The trucks will receive a new version of the Minoli corporate livery, Sophie who is the inhouse Minoli designer has created a variation of the corporate identity for the new trucks and is working closely with Chris and the signwriting company to ensure the new Trucks reflect the standards and principals of Minoli.

New Car Showroom Completed in Hull
The new Jordan’s garage has now opened in Hull. A brand new dealership, fully refurbished and fitted out with Minoli Italian Porcelain Tiles, especially produced for the brands sold within the new garage.
With Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Chrysler – Jeep all featured within the stunning new dealership, Minoli has supplied a bespoke tile for each brand that is carefully designed to work with the brand standards of cutting edge design, throughout the dealership.
Jonathon Minoli worked closely with Peter Jordan to ensure the products arrived on site and were allocated to the correct designated brand areas both in time and in accordance to the brand strategy for FGA UK.
The Minoli porcelain tiles are used as a base to show off the wonderful new range of cars, as well as the specially designed furniture for each individual brand within the dealership.

Minoli Attend The Launch Of Two Prestige Homes in Buckinghamshire
On Wednesday April 4th Minoli attended the launch of two of the most prestigious homes to be built in the Beaconsfield area and completed this year. The development of two luxury executive homes called “ the Woodcote” and “ The Cedars” was carried out by Minoli client Hitchambury.
The clients desire to create two unique properties has been achieved with the approach to bring both space and light to the living environment being achieved in the most magnificent style. The Minoli supplied porcelain tiles throughout the development including highly polished 600x 600 porcelain tiles in the entrance halls of both properties.
Jonathon Minoli, Managing director of Minoli said “ we are obviously delighted to be involved in another prestige development of this nature, houses such as these really do show what is possible when a client has such a clear ambition and we are given the opportunity to offer our latest ranges to the scheme at an early stage”.

Minoli Client Featured in Sunday Time Homes Section
Sunday Times, Homes Section April 8th 2012.
In Easter Sundays’ Sunday Times, a house of stunning proportions and magnificent design by a major client of Minoli was featured in the “Beyond The Brochure “ section written by Karen Robinson. The feature discusses the unique property bubble in North Oxford and the various literary giants who lived there including JRR Tolkien author of The Lord Of The Rings and The Hobbit (soon to be a major new film).

The house has a selection of Minoli porcelain and ceramic tiles within, from a fully polished Porcelain in the kitchen/ dining/ family area to the extensive and fully tiled bathrooms and en-suite bathrooms.

First New 16t Truck Nears Completion
The first of our three new 16t DAF Trucks is nearing completion. Shown here freshly out of the paint shop is about to undergo its final inspection at the truck body builders, before being returned to DAF for the pre delivery inspection.
Chris, transport manager commented “ we are very excited now we have seen the first of the three new design trucks in painted finish, the next stages are to arrange the pre delivery inspection at DAF and then the sign writing, we are expecting to stay with the Minoli corporate identity, with a slight update to suit the new vehicles, much like we did with the 18t truck, M1 NOL”
With an upturn in business over the last few months Chris will be relieved to receive the additional capacity these truck will bring to the logistics fleet. “ there have been days in the first few months where the additional capacity of these three new trucks would have been very useful and as we enter what is always the start of our busy period I will be relieved to have what is in effect an additional 24 T daily capacity and on vehicles specifically designed for our urban deliveries”.

New Showroom Displays Complete at Minoli Corporate Clients showroom.
The merchandising team, from Minoli marketing department have been busy installing the new Minoli 2012 ranges into the Minoli corporate clients showroom, here in Oxford.
Evolution-Evolve Suede & Moka
The ranges of Italian porcelain tile, Evolution Evolve and Stockholm have been placed into the new showroom in stunning new rooms settings. Entire areas has been dedicated to the Evolution Evolve, with two rooms settings, a “berlin” floor tile display and the presentation panels from the original preview launch of the range at Home house, late last year.

The rooms settings really set out to display the tiles at their very best,with careful consideration given to set out, grout colour and all are fully “dressed”.

Lexus Szczecin Showroom Nears Completion
Only the cars required! The new Lexus Showroom, fully fitted with Minoli Italian porcelain tile LX Nero polished 600 is all but complete, all that is missing is ….. the cars.
This flagship store in Poland, featuring the very latest in Lexus design philosophy is due to open very shortly, with the new Lexus cars due in to stock in time for the grand opening.
Jonathon Minoli, Managing director said “ we are eagerly awaiting the opening of this new showroom, it will have the latest cars and they will be sat on our beautiful tiles, the black polished tile really does set the cars off and show them to their very best”.

New Lexus Szczecin Workshop project Completed
The new Lexus workshop project using Minoli LX Serizzo has been completed in Szczecin Poland. Using the official Minoli specification for Lexus Europe the dealership has completed its extensive new build and fit out program. Utilizing porcelain floor tile in Minoli Serizzo and Minoli Lasa, together with specially made gold, black and white wall tile to create the special Lexus design.

Evolution is defined as ‘a natural development process in which something changes into a different and better form’ and this is true of the new range which is simply different and better in so many ways.

Now in stock at Minoli’s Oxford Distribution centre, Evolution Evolve is a modern masterpiece of tile design, evoking the effect of brushed concrete, with an extraordinary richness of surface texture.
Its distinct new larger format uniquely accentuates spaces with seamless transitions from walls to floors, indoors and outdoors. Sophisticated shade-on-shade colourways contrast metallics and natural tones, and crisp, rectified edges create an impeccable, uniform finish whilst enhancing the organic surface patterns.

The colour pallet of soft and strong tones are used across the three surface finishes – matt, lappatto and structured – the latter being highly suitable for commercial installation with its unusual, striking, industrial profile.
The most notable progression in this new range is its 75 x 75cm size, a true ‘evolution’ from the recognised 60 x 60cm format, but not a revolution. The new Stockholm Range from Minoli
The new Stockholm Range of Italian porcelain tiles is due for arrival at Minoli’s Oxford distribution centre later this month. Having viewed tiles from the initial production run, the Minoli team secured plentiful stock for the coming months, expecting the range to be very popular with house builders, developers, architects and designers.
Stockholm is a state-of-the-art, contemporary range with a subtle, natural pattern and crisp, rectified edges. Suitable for both floor and wall application, tiles are available in 45 x 90cm, 60 x 60cm and 30 x 60cm formats, complemented beautifully by the striking, block-work, ‘Spaccatella’ mosaic.
Colours within the range include: Lysgrau – a light stone grey, Grau – a darker grey, slate-like in appearance but with a modern architectural finish, and Mandel – a light, bright and minimal limestone effect.
Manufactured using the latest technology production techniques, the full range is also accredited with all of the relevant environmental ‘Eco label’ certificates.
The Stockholm Range is now on display in the new Minoli Corporate Clients showroom and is available to view as samples, and within the Home House presentation brochure, upon request.

Private Collection chooses Minoli Advance Series
The owners of one of the finest private collections of Ferrari cars has chosen Minoli Advance series for their new “barn” style garage project.
The Minoli ADV Nero 30 x 60 in “brushed” finish, a lightly polished tile in 300 x 600 has been used through the newly built architect designed barns, where the aesthetics of the development were carefully considered as well as practicality and durability.
The client was delighted by the tile supplied by Minoli and installed by Anderson of Sheffield.

The Advance series is a stock line for Minoli and is available from our UK warehouse and distribution centre Oxford.
