A simply sumptuous supplier luncheon

Minoli showed their appreciation for the support and dedication of their suppliers and business partners, at the annual Minoli Luncheon.

The event was held on March 19th in the exclusive dining rooms of Home House, the acclaimed private members club on Portman Square in London’s West End.

Some 80 invitees gathered for a Prosecco aperitif and canapés in the Front Parlour before retiring to the Eating Room, a beautiful 18th Century banqueting suite, recently restored to its former, resplendent glory, with ornate cornicing and high-polished panelling.

A formal luncheon, with a very informal atmosphere, the guests enjoyed a sumptuous three-course feast of divinely fresh Burrata with prosciutto, saddle of lamb with unctuous celeriac fondant, followed by a sublime tarte tatin with crème Anglaise.

After lunch, David Edwards, partner at Lewis Golden & Co, auditor and advisor to Minoli, led a light-hearted review of the previous day’s budget, with fascinating facts and reflections.

Hosted by Jonathon Minoli and his team, guests included  manufacturers, printers, IT consultants, solicitors, interior designers, fleet providers, architectural consultants, P.R. specialists  and general suppliers of services , all of whom provide invaluable support to Minoli in a diverse range of ways. Minoli’s main production partners were present, with representation from Group Concorde and Grupo Imola as well as Building Adhesives who have supplied Minoli with Adhesives and Grouts since the inception of both companies.

Jonathon commented, “Behind Minoli’s success is a chain of very loyal and dedicated suppliers, who have contributed enormously to our success. Some of these supplier relationships were forged by my father and have stood the test of time, which is testament to their mutual value. For that reason, once a year we think it’s important to step out of the day-to-day business environment and celebrate the partnerships and friendships that make Minoli the company it is today.”
