The dedicated Minoli Corporate Clients team thrive on the challenge of adding value to every individual assignment. Our extensive experience of working with leading companies across the full breadth of the property sector has helped shape our ability to consistently meet our clients’ exacting needs.

Approaching each of our corporate clients’ projects as if they were our own, our quest is to find the perfect balance of quality, cost and creativity, so the end result is both viable and desirable. Of course, we have a passion for fresh and inspirational design but, combined with a proven commercial sensibility, you can be sure that what we put forward will work in the real world.

Our business model is based on holding the most popular of our extensive ranges in plentiful stock, in our purpose-built UK premises based in Oxford, so the vast majority of corporate orders can be fulfilled the next working day.

Because of our long-standing relationships with some of the world’s leading production plants, we’re often first to market with new innovations, shaping trends in colours and sizes, many of which are exclusive to the Minoli product portfolio.

More so than ever from our corporate clients, we are seeing increased demand for ranges suitable for complementary indoor and outdoor application, as well as expansive, large format / XL products to create more seamless finishes and transitions between spaces.

The Team

Our Corporate Clients Team, is dedicated to the provision of a bespoke service to house builders, developers, architects and interior designers.

Having many years of combined experience, our aim is to build lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and so anticipating likely demand, new product suitability and viability. We’re always looking for ways to improve the way we work and service we offer, so we take time to listen to our customers and actively pursue the ideas that help make us more efficient and effective.

We’re also proud of the stability within our team, indeed many of our long-standing clients will have only dealt with one or possibly two contacts in the entire time they have worked with Minoli.

The corporate clients team is lead by Daniel Abitabile who would be delighted to receive your enquiry.

Support Services

We believe our role is to deliver specification and design solutions that exceed expectations for each and every one of your projects. We have years of combined experience within our team but it is our personal enthusiasm and dedication that makes the real difference.

Whether you’re looking to apply a consistent theme throughout a development or to offer bespoke schemes to individual properties, we’ll provide you with thoughtfully collated concepts, scheme layouts and display samples, along with our picture-rich catalogues to bring your design visions to life.

Minoli has a client list including many leading house builders and developers, (such as Berkeley Homes, St James Homes, Rectory Homes, Blenheim-Pye Homes and Runnymede Homes) and household names in automotive (such as Lexus, Renault, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Mitsubishi, Citroen, Kia and Ferrari).

Clients like these, and those working on larger projects such as residential developments and commercial facilities, benefit from bespoke support packages. Orders are carefully labelled in sealed pallets, enabling clients and contractors to proceed smoothly through build programs. The tiles and accessories arrive in corporate liveried trucks, with a fully uniformed driver (employed by Minoli), each with the product and client knowledge to deliver a truly professional and personal service.

Budgets

Crucial to any development or project

Products in the Core classification comprise an expanded catalogue of wall, floor and mosaic tiles, in ceramic and porcelain, which are particularly well suited to the development market where budgets may be constrained, and value engineering is crucial. Our Core ranges have been chosen for design and style aesthetics, but with affordability and durability in mind.

Tiles classed as Contemporary bring together an unprecedented, extensive collection of the most beautiful and sought-after tiles but still with a focus on value and quality. In short, our Contemporary products fit with slightly higher budget ranges and are primarily rectified Italian porcelain tiles.

Through these product classifications from Minoli, a development client can fulfil their entire tiling requirement, whatever the budget and style desired. From social housing to multi-million pound bespoke developments, our collections have products for all situations and applications. With a product portfolio of approaching 500 different tile ranges representing approximately 3,000 individual product lines, by classifying into two very distinct categories, our customers can start to align product choices with development fit-out budgets and end-use requirements.

Supplying the full spectrum of development sectors

With the government’s continued focus on improving housing availability and national infrastructure, and various support schemes aimed at helping more people to buy and stimulating residential property demand, the outlook for the construction sector overall remains largely positive.

The immediate future is however not without some risk as commercial and retail property investments have suffered from the change in working practices witnessed through the pandemic, we’ve seen reduced investment in major city centres, and there are supply constraints, labour shortages and cost increases for certain vital products and building materials, such as timber, steel, electrical components and aggregates.

With a recognised track record for exemplary service, Minoli has become known as the reliable and dynamic partner who can source and supply the right products to satisfy the demands of today’s property development market. We use our expertise and deep industry knowledge to help our clients navigate the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities across the full spectrum of development sectors.

Traditional House building

House building is still the biggest and often considered to be amongst the most profitable sectors of the construction industry. It is of course very dependent on interest rates and the ‘feel’ of the economy. Taking a longer-term view, UK home builders remain reasonably confident about market buoyancy despite some home-move incentives changing, some material costs increasing and current issues with general workforce availability.

Minoli work with some of the leading house builders and developers with relationships founded over years of getting to know these clients’ product preferences, operational requirements and budget parameters.

Our expertise lies not only in understanding the product mix suitable for different levels of specification, but also importantly our appreciation of the complexities within build programmes and the requirement for timely, reliable delivery, enabling clients and contractors to proceed smoothly through build and fit-out schedules.

Build to rent

Despite the pandemic adversely affecting some areas of building and construction, the build-to-rent sector is experiencing resurgence and growth. Whilst initially booming in London and the Southeast, we’re now seeing significant opportunities for built-to-rent developments in other regional cities and towns.

Build-to-rent is helping bring forward more high-quality housing to the rental market and is becoming particularly attractive for both landlords and tenants. With a range of appealing amenities, a better sense of community and flexible workspace solutions, this is a property sector that certainly has scope for continued expansion.

Minoli have seen significant demand for tiling solutions for build-to-rent developments. As well as creating floor and wall finishes that look great and appeal to the often young, professional occupants of new rental properties, porcelain tiles offer superior durability and reduced maintenance over time.

In short, with ranges to suit all development budgets, from entry-level through to high-end, Minoli have become expert partners to our development clients operating in the build-to-rent sector.

Social Housing

At the heart of what is perceived to be today’s housing crisis, access to affordable homes is high on the agenda for authorities and developers.

There have been a number of market forces leading to today’s pinch-point situation but a new drive to build more, level-up and support communities is aimed at significant and sustainable levels of change.

Until the pandemic, council take-up of borrow-to-build funds had fuelled construction and as we emerge from lockdowns and restrictions, we’ve all realised the importance of our homes, their role in our wellbeing and the need to support everyone in our communities.

The good news is that plans for the next generation of social housing include requirements to build new, safe, green, well-designed properties, suitable for a wide diversity of residents.

Minoli works with a number of developers and housing associations focused on realising this ambition. Porcelain tiling provides an ideal solution for social housing fitouts. Being durable, easy to clean, low maintenance and hygienic, it’s an investment that will stand the test of time and ensure properties remain in a habitable and desirable state for longer. With an extensive choice of colours, finishes and formats across the Minoli Core offering, we can help you find the right product in the right price range.

Refurbishment

Whether redeveloping an entire building, converting for flats or a change of use, or just refreshing particular spaces inside or outdoors, porcelain tiles can revitalise and help repurpose properties.

Whether contemporary or classic, the sheer variety available from leading producers means there’s a style to suit any type of refurbishment. Emulating all manner of traditional surface materials, Minoli supplies tiles in stone and wood effect, concrete and marble-like finishes, large-format and mosaic, plus with various anti-slip, load-bearing and frost resistance qualities.
