The UK’s first Stellantis Premium Showroom
Motorvogue, one of the fastest growing independent motor groups in the UK, has this month opened the UK’s first dual-brand Stellantis premium showroom, with Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles vehicles being showcased at a new state-of-the-art facility in Norwich.
Located on Reepham Road, Norwich, the dual-franchise retail outlet is the fourth Motorvogue Alfa Romeo showroom and its first for the DS Automobiles brand. The 450m2 interior display area will accommodate 10 new vehicles, with room for a further 50 new and used vehicles outside. Customers will be able to bring their Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles cars for service and repair work at the new aftersales workshops.
Minoli have supplied Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS and Jeep for many years (a decade even) and are truly delighted to be continuing the relationship with the newly formed Stellantis Group.
Jonathon Minoli, Managing Director of Minoli, and Jon Pochin, Managing Director of Motorvogue worked together to ensure that this new showroom received the new Stellantis Corporate Identity tile in good time to ensure that the showroom was opened on schedule and to the high standards of Motorvogue Group.
The complete works included.
- Fully refurbished facility in Norwich to house Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles brands
- Adoption all-new Stellantis premium showroom identity
- Now the fourth Motorvogue Alfa Romeo outlet, and first of two planned for DS Automobiles
- The new site will include the Group’s new premium used car centre, offering pre-owned luxury and sports cars
- A total investment by Motorvogue of over £750K
To support its strategic growth plans, the Motorvogue Norwich site has also been earmarked by the Group as a dedicated hub for its new ‘Premium for You’ brand for pre-owned luxury and sports cars. In total, the Motorvogue investment in the new Norwich site in 2022 will exceed £1 million, and a further £2 million will be invested by the Group over the next three years.
Jon Pochin, Motorvogue’s Managing Director, said: “The opening of this new retail concept marks a significant milestone, not just for Motorvogue but for Stellantis. It is a source of great pride that Motorvogue in Norwich has been chosen by Stellantis to spearhead its new premium retail venture.
“We’ve enjoyed a highly productive relationship with Alfa Romeo spanning 25 years and will now harness this brand experience to drive awareness and loyalty among a new customer base across Norfolk. DS Automobiles presents an exciting new challenge for us, and we’re greatly encouraged by the marque’s product plan for 2022 and beyond, as well its highly ambitious premium-market retail strategy.”
Paul Willcox, Stellantis UK Senior Vice President and Group Managing Director said: “The experience and focus that Motorvogue brings makes it the ideal partner to open our first group premium showroom in the UK. Housing both Alfa Romeo and DS Automobiles, the new retail space showcases the customer first approach that both marques have taken, all in a space tailored to showcase the strengths of each of these storied brands.”
Founded in Northampton in 2008 as a solus-brand motor retail operation, Motorvogue currently represents 10 brands (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Cupra, Dacia, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Hyundai, Jeep, Renault and SEAT) from its 27 retail showrooms. By May 2023 it plans to expand to 35 retail points, in part through the addition of Peugeot, DS Automobiles and Citroen franchises.
