Burlington Smoke Gloss 45/45

In this 45/45 size and Gloss finish, the stone effect of Burlington Smoke is ideal for use as a floor tile in bathrooms, ensuites, utility and cloakrooms.
The Burlington Series was recently superseded from our Core Essentials Collection in the new product replacement cycle. As such we’re able to reduce this high grade ceramic product parcel in price to just £10.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), with a 50% saving.
With excellent availability of up to 1,000 m2, we have sufficient stocks to fulfil requirements for several residential projects or even a large commercial application.
Burlington Smoke Sonora Decor 25/60

The Sonora Decor version of Burlington Smoke incorporates a subtle, smooth 3D wave design with which to create feature areas within bathrooms, utilities and cloakrooms, or even on kitchen walls.
The format of the pattern allows installers to join up the features and create a continuous undulating design, which catches the light with beautiful Gloss brilliance.
With up to 290 m2 available for collection or delivery, residential and trade clients can purchase as much or as little as they like for their next room renovation project, at just £12.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), with a 50% saving.
Marmara Gris Gloss 25/60
Now £12.00 per m2 with a 50% saving
The Minoli Marmara series featured prominently in our Core Essentials Collection as a superb value ceramic tile range that is suitable for use on walls and predominantly fitted in bathrooms, cloakrooms and utility rooms.
In the Gris colourway and 25/60 size, this is a sleek-looking, gloss, marble-effect product, often specified by property developers looking for a quality, modern finish but with an eye of project budgets.
The Marmara range has recently been discontinued from our mainstream collections, but we still have a generous quantity which has been marked for clearance through the Minoli Outlet.
With up to 120 m2 available for collection or delivery, at £12.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT) with a 50% saving, we expect high interest in this batch.
