The products on sale for clearance through the Outlet were all originally part of Minoli’s main tile collections and from our normal production plants but greatly reduced in price to clear.

Until recently, the New Park series featured prominently in Minoli’s Core Essentials Collection as a subtle but stylish range of high-grade ceramic tiles.
In a gleaming Gloss finish, the irregular markings and occasional veining in this Albar design give the appearance of natural stone, and we have a generous quantity of up to 1,000 m2 available in this 25/50 format, so plentiful stocks for numerous residential or commercial applications.

Green Colours Fumo Matt 20/20

The Green Colours range was a frequently purchased series from our Core Essentials Collection and we’re now seeing a notable resurgence in demand for more compact, matt, porcelain tiles.
In this 20/20 size it’s ideal for those wanting a more traditional finish on walls behind cookers and sinks, through into utility areas and also for bathrooms and cloakrooms.
The Fumo colourway is a saturated, solid, mid-grey tone and creates a modern, Matt finish when installed.
We have a stockholding of up to 290 m2 and, with a 50% saving at just £15.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), this is an offer not to be missed.
Temple Stone Core Matt 30/60

Previously from within our Core Essentials Collection, as a recently discontinued product line, Temple Stone is currently on offer in the Minoli Outlet with a 50% saving at £19.80 per m2 (inclusive of VAT).
The Core colourway features a blend of sandy beige with pale cream inclusions, creating a natural stone-effect finish, which is enhanced by the meticulously Matt surface.
In rectified porcelain for ease of exact installation, tiles from this product parcel in a 30/60 format would be ideal for use on walls or floors in a kitchen, bathroom, utility or cloakroom renovation project, or indeed for a commercial development.
At the time of publication, we have up to 900 m2 available, so plenty for numerous applications.
