K-One Pearl Matt 60/60
Now under £34.00 per m2 with a 40% saving
Previously featuring in the Minoli Contemporary Essentials Collection, production of this range has now ceased, and we are therefore able to offer this batch of K-One Pearl Matt at a reduced price for clearance in the Minoli Outlet.
The Pearl colourway has shades of pebble and pewter and, with the irregular markings found in natural stone, this is a high-grade porcelain product with a very authentic stoneware finish. These tiles would be ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms, utility or cloakrooms, primarily for use on floors, but also suitable for walls.
With crisp, rectified edges and a muted, Matt surface, we have up to 270 m2 available for collection or delivery in the 60/60 size. At just £33.60 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), this represents a 40% saving against the previous retail price.
Lakestone Grey Structured 60/60
Now £36.00 per m2 with a 40% saving
Originally from within our Contemporary Essentials Collection, as a recently discontinued product line, Lakestone Grey Structured is currently on offer in the Minoli Outlet with a 40% saving at £36.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT).
With a look that emulates the inherent irregularities of quarried Cumbrian stone, the Lakestone Series combines all the features of the natural material but with the technical qualities of advanced porcelain, with rectified edges.
With a structured surface, whilst offering complete comfort underfoot, these tiles have a slip-resistance rating of R11 and so are more than suitable for residential applications on floors in kitchens, bathrooms, utility and cloakrooms, particularly where water may be present, as well as some outdoor applications,
At the time of publication, we have up to 190 m2 available, but we expect this to be a popular choice at the price, so early enquiries are recommended.
Arkeshade Dove Matt 60/60
Now £24.00 per m2 with a 50% saving
Arkeshade was until recently a very extensive range of porcelain tiles within our Contemporary Essentials Collection. It remains a highly versatile and sleek looking tile series, but production has since ended and as such, this batch is now priced for clearance.
In this generous 60/60 format, with crisp rectified edges, the soft tones of the Dove colourway are perfect for finishing a residential bathroom, kitchen, utility or cloakroom project.
We have up to 70 m2 currently in Outlet stock and, with a 50% saving at £24.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), this is a great opportunity to purchase a premium, porcelain floor tile, with a meticulously Matt finish.
