We’re making space for new collections, so now’s the time to make substantial savings on quality floor and wall tiles.
In stock at the Minoli Outlet are over 400 designs, including marble, stone, concrete, and wood-effect styles.
Ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, utility and cloakrooms, or indeed larger living spaces, stock is limited so view online or visit our Oxford Outlet for your chance to get reduced prices on designer tiles.
This week’s Manager’s Special Offers include three designs that featured previously in the Minoli Core Essentials Collection.

Tiffany Beige Polished 40.5/40.5
Now under £12.00 per m2 with a special 70% saving
Tiffany Beige featured prominently in our Core Essentials Collection, offering remarkable value for developers and homeowner clients looking for a minimalist, light and bright tile.
In polished porcelain and with 40.5/40.5 dimensions, this is a highly versatile product, suitable for use on walls or floors in bathrooms, cloakrooms and kitchens.
As a discontinued line, this batch is now priced with a special 70% saving at £11.80 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), and we have up to 30 m2 available in Outlet stock, ready to fulfil a residential project requirement.
Bora Perla Matt 45/45
Now £10.00 per m2 with a 50% saving
The Bora Series has been recently discontinued from production in the new product replacement cycle and, as such, we are able to offer selected parcels with significant discounts for clearance.
With up to 100 m2 in Outlet stock, this batch is probably most suitable for residential refurbishment projects and it’s cool, light grey tones would work well on floors within kitchens, bathrooms, utility or cloakrooms.
No longer featured in our current Core Essentials Collection, these 45/45 ceramic tiles are available at the very attractive price of £10.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), which is a 50% reduction on the previous retail price.
Burlington Sand Gloss 45/45
Now 10.00 per m2 with a 50% saving
In this 45/45 size and Gloss finish, the stone effect of Burlington Sand is ideal for use as a floor tile in bathrooms, ensuites, utility and cloakrooms.
The Burlington Series was recently superseded in our Core Essentials Collection and we’re therefore able to reduce this batch of high grade ceramic tiles in price to just £10.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), with a 50% saving.
With availability of up to 80 m2, we would recommend early enquiries to secure what you need for your next room redesign initiative.
