In the last of our series of articles marking the 65th anniversary of the incorporation of Minoli & Co, we’re looking forwards at what’s to come in the near future.
The rest of this year and throughout 2026 will see a period of significant investment in the things that matter most to our customers – our premises, our delivery capability with the fleet of trucks, our significant product stockholding, trade shows and client events, and of course, our people – the Minoli Team.
First up, in terms of premises, Minoli London was first launched nearly twelve years ago, on 12th September 2013. Whilst still offering a fresh and inspirational environment for our professional and private clients, we’ll be updating many of the display units and retail graphics to better showcase the latest series of porcelain tiles and extra-large slabs.

Once again, Beatriz Alemany and the team at Disbea Showlutions will be designing and manufacturing the new display units, with whom Minoli have been working for some 35 years, as Disbea and their previous family business, Carmalasa.
Plans are also advanced for a significant expansion of the warehouse storage capacity at Minoli’s Headquarters and Distribution Centre in Oxford, for a facility specifically designed for the growing business with XL Format porcelain slabs.
Regarding our delivery capability and truck fleet, being able to efficiently and reliably delivery huge quantities of tiles every year requires us to maintain and constantly update our vehicle fleet. Recent years have seen the introduction of a new and larger DAF CF Series 340, 26 tonne Curtain Sided Rigid with Moffett forklift, for ease of loading and unloading at client sites.
Orders have now been placed for four new state-of-the-art DAF trucks, supplied by our longstanding, specialist sales and servicing partner HTC Group, with whom Minoli have worked for some forty years, currently with Managing Director, Luke Mason and his team.

The new trucks will be of the new Generation DAF XB specification, simply stunning in design, but also sturdy, versatile and optimised in performance. Key features in this new workhorse include enhanced driver ‘direct vision’ for unobstructed views, unmatched driver comfort, extreme agility in terms of manoeuvrability and turning circle, a bodybuilder-friendly chassis design and increased payload capability and efficiency. We look forward to welcoming the first of these new vehicles to the fleet in 2026.
On the product front, 2025 has seen a perhaps unprecedented number of new series launches, with some 20 ranges added to both the Core and Contemporary Collections. This progressive upgrading of our tile catalogue will continue into 2026, with the first viewings at the annual Minoli Preview Event on Wednesday 3rd December, within Home House on Portman Square, Marylebone, London, W1.

In September, Minoli will as usual attend the Cersaie International Exhibition of Ceramic Tiles in Bologna, to meet with our key production partners, view the latest tile and slab series, and select the new ranges for 2026. From what we’ve seen so far with production preview consultations, there will be some exciting new product designs and innovations on show, and we look forward to announcing the latest additions to our portfolio, many of which will be held in plentiful UK stock for prompt delivery..
September will also see Minoli on display again, for the fourth time at the Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, at Focus/25, autumn’s unmissable interiors event. From 15th – 19th September, with extended viewing through to 16th October, Minoli will be showcasing all our latest porcelain tile series.

This time around we have a rather special ‘Access All Areas’ event planned. From 10:00 – 10:30 on Tuesday 16th, Jenny Weiss and Helen Bygraves, the Founding Directors of Hill House Interiors, will be joining us to explore how trusted supplier relationships streamline decision-making and empower designers to create with confidence.
We’d love to invite you to our stand if you are planning to visit and guests can easily register to attend free of charge on the Focus/25 website, here.
The coming months will also see further investment in the Minoli Team. As part of the 65th Anniversary coverage, we were delighted to recognise the part our team has played in helping make Minoli the solid business it is today. For a company of just under 50 team members it’s encouraging that nearly a third have been with us for over 15 years, and some considerably longer, which is testament to the healthy company culture we enjoy.
Alongside those with long service tenures, we’re also always looking to recruit and grow the team and, as such, we’re currently advertising positions for a new Showroom Assistant at Minoli London, and a new Delivery Driver with an LGV2 license. We’d welcome applications from suitable candidates, and more details of these rewarding roles can be found here.

So, as usual, plenty going on to keep all of us at Minoli busy and lots of exciting new initiatives planned into the new year.
Lastly, and with no spoilers yet, 2026 will see the launch of what must be the single biggest investment by Minoli in the 65 year history of the company and I’m very much looking forward to sharing more news on that in the coming months.
Once again, my sincere thanks must go to all our clients, suppliers, distribution partners, team members and friends of Minoli, who have helped us create the well-established and dynamic company we are today.
Here’s to a bright future and another 65 years as a business that’s able to adapt, seize opportunities and grow in this ever-changing market.
Jonathon Minoli, Managing Director
