In the Gris colourway and 45/45 size, this is a sleek-looking, gloss, marble-effect product, often specified by property developers looking for a quality, modern floor finish but with a close eye on project budgets.

In this 45/45 size, the stone effect of Burlington Smoke is ideal for use as a floor tile in bathrooms, ensuites, utility and cloakrooms, enhancing the space with its generous proportions.
The Burlington Series was recently superseded form our Core Essential Collection in the new product replacement cycle. As such we’re able to reduce this quality ceramic tile in price to just £10.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), with a 50% saving.

Sintesis Perla Matt 45/45

Originally from the Minoli Core Essentials Collection, from a distance Sintesis appears minimalist but closer inspection reveals the irregular surface features of natural stone.
The Perla colourway with a Matt finish has a pale greige tone and these 45/45 size, floor tiles would be ideal for use in kitchens, bathrooms, utility and cloakrooms.
