Minoli have a longstanding reputation for supplying specialist tiles for hospitality and retail venues, so we were particularly delighted to be specified by the London Construction Contractor (LCC) for the flooring of the full restaurant fit out of Yakiniku Like in Westfield Stratford City.
LCC specialises in delivering high-quality design & build and fit out solutions for commercial spaces. They work across restaurant, office and retail sectors, providing tailored solutions that combine functionality, compliance and brand identity. The projects they manage run from initial design and planning through to construction, specialist installations and final handover.
For Yakiniku Like, LCC undertook the delivery of this brand-led Japanese BBQ restaurant, reflecting Yakiniku Like’s distinctive identity while providing a highly efficient and customer-focused dining environment, within one of London’s busiest retail and leisure destinations.

The interior design was developed by LCC to translate Yakiniku Like’s global brand into a clear and recognisable physical space, which included distinctive wood-effect porcelain planks from the Minoli portfolio.
The floor tiles selected are from the Minoli Heartwood Series, in the Malt colourway with a matt finish and 20/120 dimensions. For public areas, especially in high-traffic venues, porcelain tiles provide an aesthetically pleasing surface while being highly durable and fade resistant.


With an R10 slip resistance rating, and an easy to clean, hygienic surface, porcelain tiles will not split or splinter, warp or show wear. They also replicate the natural graining and warmth of wood with remarkable authenticity.

Yakiniku Like at Westfield, Stratford City is known for its affordable, interactive restaurant format, featuring a delicious menu of premium meats, portion options, and a variety of sauces to suit every taste. Cooked on individual smokeless grills across the 1,995 sq ft space, this exciting dining experience is designed to cater for both solo diners and groups.
