Our Response to Coronavirus

Our priority is safeguarding the health of our team members and of all visitors to our business. We are doing everything we possibly can to ensure that any interaction with Minoli continues to be safe and that our service to our customers remains accessible and efficient.
Oxford Trade Counter/Showroom
The Trade Counter & Showroom is open to all trade and wholesale enquires for orders to be collected or delivered.
Trade clients are asked wherever possible to call or email in advance so as a “click and collect” service can be instigated, to minimise time spent waiting for an order to be prepared.
Trade clients who need to arrange for their end user client (the public) to attend the showroom should notify the office or showroom staff in advance, to allow where possible individual appointments.

Oxford Showroom – Retail
The showrooms are open, as usual Monday – Saturday. We would however kindly request that as much research as possible is carried out in advance from our website and with discussions held by email/telephone.
An appointment is preferable (but not essential) to allow for safe social distancing.
We kindly request that where possible face coverings should be worn by visitors and our team will continue to wear protective masks in public areas.

Minoli London
The Minoli London showroom remains open by appointment to trade professionals, such as interior designers, resellers, developers contractors and the general public.
An appointment is preferable to allow for safe social distancing.
We kindly request that where possible face coverings should be worn by visitors and our team will continue to wear protective masks in public areas.

Within the showrooms face coverings are no longer mandatory, just preferable and our team members will continue to have face coverings for the foreseeable future.
Please do not visit the showroom if you or any member of your household are showing symptoms or have tested positive.
