Our Response to Coronavirus

This is to update you with our approach to the current Coronavirus crisis, as of July 27th 2020. 

Our priority is safeguarding the health of our team members and of all visitors to our business. We are doing everything we possibly can to ensure that any interaction with Minoli continues to be safe and that our service to our customers remains accessible and efficient.


Our Service

In response to the latest government guidelines, our showrooms remain available for pre-booked appointments, although “walk in” clients would be welcome. We would request that you pre-book appointments wherever possible.

Please follow government guidelines and wear a face covering during your visit.

Rest assured, we have adapted our business model so as we are able to continue to serve you as well as we can over the coming weeks and possibly months.

The showroom will be open for viewing without a formal appointment, but we will need to ensure that each customer is allocated sufficient time and space. There may be occasions where you will be required to wait until there is a space available. Preferably we would ask that you call or email for a time slot.

We are currently working to reduced opening hours of 8am – 4pm – Monday to Friday, we may be able to accommodate special requests if necessary if you contact us in advance.

From Monday 3rd August, opening times will be:

OXFORD

Monday – Thursday: 8am – 5.15pm

Friday: 8am – 5pm

Saturday: 9am – 1pm

Sunday: Closed

LONDON

Minoli Showroom Teams in Oxford & London remain available via both phone and email.

House Building & Development Team are available via phone and your normal email contact.

Wholesale and Distribution Team are available via phone and your normal email contact.

We are continuing to take orders and then make arrangements for deliveries within the restrictions we currently face. Collections can be made from our warehouse – these must be pre-arranged.

The website and telephone based sales team are operating as usual, and we continue to have the significant levels of stock products that we are known for.

Technical Services and Contract Departments are functioning as (near to) normal as possible – remotely.
