The Newest and the Longest

One aspect of the Minoli team is the number of people who
stay with us for many many years, so today we are just going to look at the
longest serving members of the team and the newest…

The longest serving members of the team are Douglas 39 years and Chris 37 years.

Douglas started with Minoli in March of 1981, originally as a truck driver, then moving to the showroom and then acting as works manager. Douglas now concentrates on stock control – counting tiles!

Chris started with Minoli in October of 1983, originally in the warehouse,  but took over as warehouse manager very soon after and has run the transport and warehousing ever since. This included overseeing the construction and fit-out of two new distribution warehouses with Jonathon.

The newest members of the team are Kelly 2 months and Valerie 4 months

Valerie joined Minoli in November of 2019, working with Kristina and Amy in the London showroom on George Street.

Kelly joined Minoli in January of this year and is part of the accounts team at head office in Oxford.

The Minoli team is made up of people with many differing in
length of service, but all with a wealth of experience and enthusiasm…
