Starting the New Year with the return of Wonderful Project Wednesday, and this time featuring an inspirational project: Luscombe House.
A remarkable and beautiful house, built by design and located in the coastal town Poole, close to Sandbanks in Dorset. Fitted throughout with some of the finest ranges from Minoli. From top to bottom this modern family homes features, high end amenities within a spacious, interior design.
The ground floor of the Luscombe House has been specified with a large stone effect porcelain tile. The Minoli Marvel Stone Clauzetto White in size 120/120 which displays realistic stone effect surfaces in an authentic matt finish with subtle surface texture. Marvel Stone Clauzetto White continues throughout the flooring of this open plan property.
The main bathroom has a contemporary aesthetic with polished concrete look tiles, Minoli Re-Markable Chrome Lappato 30/60 and features of large mirrors as well as glass panelling within the shower.
The modern concrete aesthetic is carried to another shower room. Minoli Evolve Ice Matt in light grey tones provides a slight industrial look to the minimalistic, stylish bathroom. Complementing the modern trends of today.
Another bathroom has been designed in a classic marble look with Minoli Marvel Grey Fleury with an ultra-polished finish. Contemporary visuals are brought to this bathroom through chrome fixtures which enhance the beauty of the grey marble replica porcelain tiles.
The swimming pool area on the lower ground, follows the style of the whole house. Minoli Marvel Stone Clauzetto White Strutturato 30/60 with a slip resistance of R11, along with special pieces from around the pool side, provide appropriate surfaces required within wet area such as by a pool.
The outdoor entertainment area has been fitted with 20mm “Lastra” porcelain slabs in the same tile as the main living space to provide continuity from indoors to out.
The house has almost seamless visuals from inside to out, which opens the space and connects the areas to allow for flow and ease of transition during leisure time.
