Leading designers in the industry have drawn inspiration from the most sought-after classical marble, as well as interpreting new directions with modern lines and striking colour combinations.

We have recently seen the launch of brighter and bolder product palettes and a resurgence in vivid and vibrantly coloured tiles that provide opportunities to feature standout installations that draw the eye and stir the imagination. New pastel shades also add options for more subdued colour inclusion, with billowing, cloud-like compositions.

RANGE OVERVIEW

The Marvel Series captures the eclectic essence of coloured marble and gemstones with such contemporary creativity, resulting in an unrivalled collection of porcelain tiles, extra-large format slabs and decorative mosaics.

The inspiration for the chromatic spectacle this collection creates is truly global with precious stoneware from around the world being studied in elaborate detail to create an exacting representation of the organic originals.

COLOURS AND DESIGNS

We’ve selected five designs from the Marvel Series that fit into this Colours & Gemstones category:

• Marvel Gala Desert Soul – Resembling South American Quartzite, with a patchwork of desert tones and irregular shapes and shards of white, black, beige and brown, bordered with glistening gold.
• Marvel Gala Amazzonite – Reproducing the turquoise of Brazilian quartzite, with crystalline inclusions that encapsulate the teal tints of tropical seas, interspersed with coral, cream and charcoal.
• Marvel Gala Exotic Green – An enveloping and undulating blend of emerald green and sage, inspired by a stone of Brazilian origin and evoking the colours of tropical forests.
• Marvel Onyx Quartz – With a delightful, dusty-pink palette, the Quartz colourway enlivens an interior with a sublime and sophisticated surface. The delightfully dappled background is overlaid lightening-white, fissure-like streaks that bring dynamism to the design.
• Marvel Onyx Sky – A stormy mix of blue and grey that brings a cool and contemporary atmosphere to any environment. The variegated veins mix lead with silvery streaks to create a dramatic backdrop but with delicate detailing and distinctive definition.

SIZES AND FINISHES

Across the three Marvel Gala ranges, tile sizes include 60/120 and 120/120, in 9mm thickness.

All five of these series are also available in expansive 120/278-dimension slabs of 6mm thickness, offering opportunities for seamless floor to ceiling coverage.

These Colours & Gemstones ranges are all exclusively available in a pristine, Polished / Lappato finish befitting the precious nature of the stones they emulate.

Being manufactured from high-grade porcelain, all are perfectly suited for use on both walls and floors, with crisp, rectified edges for exact installation and alignment.
