Marvel Series – Warm White Marble-Look Tiles & Slabs In Stock

Marvel is the most extensive and exquisite series of marble-effect porcelain tiles, that has progressively evolved in terms of quality, realism, format and colour palette.

Tiles representing 13 Marvel colourways, in 71 different sizes and finishes, are stocked by Minoli in volume and today we’re exploring five designs with the look of white marble with warmer tones within.

These emulate the purest and most sought-after Italian Calacatta marble and Dolomite stoneware, from those with a soft and cloud-like composition, to others with more delightfully defined veining.

With the greater diversity in pattern frequency now prevalent in today’s tile ranges, marble-effect porcelain is almost indistinguishable from its natural counterpart. The Marvel Series is renowned for its higher-definition graphics, muted and mellow backgrounds, pale or prominent veins, and new techniques in transparent layering that produce designs with unprecedented depth.

The five warm white designs of Marvel that we hold in UK stock, for delivery normally within 2-5 working days include:

• Marvel Calacatta Prestigio – The delicate pale grey veining and authentic copper-gold pigment within produces the most precise and accurate marble replicas in stunning and authentic detail. Calacatta Prestigio stock lines include 60/60, 60/120 and 120/120 in Matt and Polished finishes, a 60/60 version in Silk, plus expansive 120/278 slabs in A & B Polished Book Match designs.

• Marvel Calacatta Delicato – The most soft and subtle of marble-effect designs, the delicately layered sandy lines of which have beautifully brushed edges. Calacatta Delicato stock lines include 60/60 sizes in Matt, Polished and Silk surface treatments.

• Marvel Calacatta Apuano – Inspired by Calacatta marble from the Italian Apuan Alps, these tiles are distinguished by a warm-white background, adorned with fine gold and grey veining. Calacatta Apuano is held in stock in 30/60 and 60/60 formats, with both Matt and Polished finishes.

• Marvel Calacatta Extra – The icy background is softened with sporadic touches of neutral beige alongside natural grey veining. Calacatta Extra stock lines include 30/60, 60/60 and 60/120 sizes in Matt and Polished finishes. To complement the various tiles, also in stock are classic, small format Mosaico Matt, mid-size Mosaico Polished, and the larger squares of 3D Mosaico Polished, all supplied as 30/30 sheets to facilitate precise fitting.  

• Marvel Bianco Dolomite – An elegant reproduction of Italian off-white Dolomite marble, with subtle veining and dispersed taupe-grey streaks. Bianco Dolomite is held in stock in 30/60 and 60/60 formats, with both Matt and Polished finishes. To harmonise with the various standard-sized tiles, also in stock are petite format Mosaico Polished and the classic-sized Mosaico Matt, supplied as 30/30 sheets for ease of exact installation.
