Multi award-winning housebuilder, Kebbell, has been creating beautiful homes for over 70 years, designed for the way people live today and for future generations.
Every Kebbell home is designed to complement and enhance the home buyer’s life, with everything considered from the customers’ point of view. Smart design, meticulously planned interiors, the finest materials – all these elements define the way Kebbell work.
Minoli have been supplying Kebbell with quality Italian porcelain and ceramic tiles for over 30 years, with a relationship that’s strengthened by the shared values of these two family firms and both companies are today run by descendants of the original founders.
Kebbell was founded in 1953 by Thomas Kebbell, who moved the UK from New Zealand as a young fighter pilot with the NZRAF soon after the start of WW2. Thomas’ son, Nick Kebbell, now Managing Director, joined the company in 1974 after graduating with an engineering degree from Bath University and he passionately continues to promote the ethos of building homes for people to love. In recent years he has been joined by his two sons, Hamish and Tom.

Similarly, Minoli was founded in the 1940’s and then incorporated in 1960 by Luigi Minoli whose parents had emigrated to London from Italy in the late 1800’s. Luigi moved both the family and business out of London to Oxford in the 1940s, just after the war. Luigi and his son Peter took advantage of Local Government incentives to move operations to the current location on Transport Way in Cowley, and the company is now run by Peter’s son, Managing Director, Jonathon Minoli. Jonathon’s children, Lucy and Luca are now actively involved in sales and marketing roles, as the 4th generation in this family business.
Delivering quality homes in sought-after locations across London, the Home Counties and North Yorkshire, were delighted to have worked in partnership with Kebbell for such a long time.
This sentiment is aptly captured in a recent interview of Lucy Minoli by Andrea Fawell, Sales and Marketing Director at Kebbell, which you can read on their website here: kebbell.co.uk/news/catching-up-with-minoli
