We were contacted by Sanette Tanaka of The Wall Street Journal as she was writing an article on upmarket developments with luxury parking provision and the phenomenon of garages as leisure spaces in homes.
With the experience Minoli has gained over many years of working with Automotive manufacturers and luxury property developers, as well as private individuals we were able to offer an insight into how the tiles are chosen, and how crucial they are to the design of a garage space, as they have to be both technically suitable and aesthetically pleasing.
The finished article used very little reference to the works carried out in Europe and not surprisingly focused on personal garages in the United States, but it was interesting to be interviewed and considered for such an esteemed publication as “the wall street journal.”
