Sweetcroft have been crafting beautiful family homes in Oxfordshire and the surrounding counties for more than 20 years, building a solid reputation as one of the region’s premier bespoke house builders. They specialise in creating unique, personal homes in highly desirable locations that are designed for today but fit for the future.
Also based in Oxford, Minoli have been supplying Sweetcroft with beautiful Italian porcelain tiles for over 20 years and have become part of the exemplary standards of creativity and quality of finish demonstrated in all Sweetcroft properties.
Part of the Sweetcroft vision is to create homes that sit beautifully in their environment whilst still standing out from the crowd through their quality, fine detailing, generous living accommodation, low-carbon technology and data interfaces, and two such developments are at Lower Ham Yard in Aston Tirrold and Sunderland Avenue in North Oxford.

The Barns at Lower Ham Yard is a characterful collection of two substantial new, barn-style properties and three new build cottages and is designed to blend into the village environment and regenerate the farm that occupied the site. These generously appointed properties offer well-proportioned entertaining and family spaces and superior specifications, including Minoli porcelain tile ranges in various rooms.
In the home that was photographed here, throughout the kitchen, dining area, utility room and hallway, the natural, wood-look warmth of the Tree Soul Series in a Chevron format and Neutral colourway has been expertly laid to create continuity through much of the ground floor.
Moving upstairs, in the stunning and spacious ensuite to the principal bedroom, the magnificent marble-effect of Marvel Ten-X Grey Cloud creates a luxurious ambiance with its billowing, silver-grey background and distinctive graphite veining.

Porcelain tiles from the Minoli product portfolio also feature at Sweetcroft’s Sunderland Avenue development, a pair of contemporary properties that reimagine the traditional Victorian townhouse for the 21st century, with open-plan elegance and high levels of green technology at their heart.
In the kitchen and dining area, with bespoke units and high-specification appliances, Tree Soul Chevron has again been installed, this time in the Grey colourway, with all the natural knots and gorgeous graining you would expect in real timber flooring, but with the practical and aesthetic benefits of porcelain planks.

Also, in the ensuite for the principal bedroom, the playful, pebble-effect of the Norway series, in the Melk colourway, includes pale shades of off-white and cloudy grey to create a highly contemporary décor with complementary chrome and black fixtures and trims.

Our sincere thanks to all the team at Sweetcroft Homes for specifying tiles from Minoli’s porcelain ranges in these perfectly presented properties and you can see more of their delightful developments on their website here: www.sweetcroft.co.uk and on Instagram here: @sweetcrofthomes
