Minoli have held their annual Preview events at Home House private members club on Portman Square, London, W1 since 2011, as the venue of choice for hospitality functions and client meetings.
Home House is considered London’s most magnificent private members’ club, fusing 18th century splendour with 21st century style. Established in the late 1700s, this decadent residence was designed by George III’s architect, James Wyatt, who was commissioned to build a sophisticated palace purely for enjoyment and entertainment.
Today, Home House hosts a community of eccentric characters and individuals spread across three exquisite Georgian townhouses, offering an exceptional range of facilities including restaurants, bars, a boutique gym and health spa, elegant bedrooms, opulent private dining rooms, a beautiful courtyard garden and an unrivalled members’ events calendar. Home House is an inspiring space where people can connect, relax and be their best selves, with the aim to build communities and inspire individuality.
Porcelain tiles from Minoli’s Contemporary Collections already feature in a number of the more recently refurnished guest areas of Home House including the Terrace Suite, several of the luxurious ensuite bathrooms, guest restrooms and in the changing facilities of the club’s private gym.
We were, however, especially delighted to be able to just recently supply our 2025 launch series of fine, Italian porcelain tiles and extra-large format slabs for the guest rest rooms at House 21, in which we host the annual Minoli Preview events.
In the Ladies ‘powder room’, the floor has been finished in generously sized 60/120 tiles from the Marvel DIVA Collection, in the Taj Mahal design with a meticulously matt finish. This colourway has seductive, smoky shades intermingled with paler cream and white features.
To the walls of the Ladies in the DIVA Galaxy colourway expansive, large format slabs have been installed in impressive 120/278 dimensions, delivering a near seamless surface. In this design, hints of blue and green combine behind starbursts of bronze to create a luxurious lustre in its highly polished finish.
In the Gents facilities, the floor has again been fitted with the same 60/120 tiles in the DIVA Taj Mahal design, but in here the walls are clad in 120/278 slabs of Marvel DIVA Baobab. With a stormy black and grey background, riven with golden veining and turquoise inclusions, Baobab is exclusively available in a polished finish, to enhance the realism of their Labradorite-like design.
The restrooms were all completed in time for last Thursday’s Minoli Preview event, which marked the official launch of the Marvel DIVA Series. Guest visiting the rest rooms were able to see these iconic new ranges at full scale and in situ, as well as on the multiple displays throughout the Octagon Room.
Our sincere thanks to Andrew Richardson, Managing Director of Home House Group, Giuseppe De Wilde, General Manager of Home House and Dean Spackman, Group Chief Engineer for specifying Minoli in the various rooms of the club, and for their attentive and welcoming hospitality at all our events. Also, to Zoe Tarbuck, Senior FF&E Designer at Russell Sage Studios for the overall interior design of the rest rooms.
