Final Week Of Extra 20% Savings
This is the final week of the Minoli Outlet Spring Sale, which runs until Saturday 12th April.
With dozens of different colours available, residential or trade customers can purchase as much or as little as they need for their next projects, with an extra 20% saving on previously published prices.
All the product batches in the Outlet are originally from Minoli mainstream ranges, with some available in substantial m2 quantities, and others in limited product parcels, for which we’d recommend prompt enquiries to secure what you might need.
With prices starting from just £4.00 per m2 (inclusive of VAT), some items are marked down by as much as 87% against the original retail price.
Minoli Outlet stocks include nearly 500 tile designs with marble, stone, terrazzo, wood and concrete-effect finishes, plus some selected Outdoor porcelain pavers**.

Carrara Gioia Matt 60/60

Previously a frequently specified series from the Minoli Core Essentials Collection, Carrara Gioia is a remarkably realistic marble-effect tile, with delicate grey veining, in high-grade, rectified porcelain.
This particular product parcel was part of an order for a Home Counties residential refurbishment, for which the specification was changed and is best suited for use on floors in kitchens, bathrooms, utility or cloakrooms.
Remarkable Gypsum Polished 30/60

Recently discontinued from Minoli’s Contemporary Essentials Collection as part of the product replacement cycle, Remarkable Gypsum brings the beauty of natural stone into design schemes.
With a pale beige base and subtle irregular markings, this Polished porcelain product in 30/60 dimensions with precisely rectified edges, is suitable for use on walls or floors and would be ideal for installation in kitchens, bathrooms, utility or cloakrooms.
Flow Beige Gloss 30/60

In the Beige colourway, Flow has a warm, pale taupe tone and the Gloss finish brings a touch of luxury to a wide range of room settings.
These 30/60 format, ceramic wall tiles have crisp rectified edges for perfect alignment and are most suitable for use in kitchens, bathrooms, utility or cloakrooms.
Tree Age White Matt 10/70
Now £21.17 per m2 with a 40% Outlet Discount and 20% Spring Sale Saving*
The Tree Age collection of wood-effect porcelain planks has the look of weathered timber, but with a sublimely smooth surface, for complete comfort underfoot.
Tree Age has all the natural knots one would expect to find in a real wooden floor, with the practical and functional benefits of a premium, porcelain product.
Batim Arena Pre Cut 20/30
Now £4.00 per m2 with an 83% Outlet Discount and 20% Spring Sale Saving*
As a 20/30 gloss ceramic tile with a rectangular mosaic design, this product has pre-cut grout lines for ease of installation on walls, most likely in bathrooms, cloakrooms and kitchens.
Batim Arena is a pale creamy, coffee colour so could be paired with other beige floor tiles or used to highlight a feature area within a larger space.
