Minoli porcelain tiles feature in Windsor Homes development in Weybridge

Rob Francis and the team at Windsor Homes specified several ranges from Minoli’s Contemporary and Core Essentials Collections for this delightfully designed development of two semi-detached townhouses in the centre of Weybridge in Surrey.

Located near the High Street of this sought-after Thames-side town, these standout, pillar-fronted properties feature imposing ceiling heights and pyramid skylights in the kitchens, and both ensuites and dressing rooms to each of the bedrooms.

In the expansive, open-plan kitchen and living areas, hallway and lounge, Minoli Tree Fusion in the Neutral colourway and slim-line 10/70 format creates a realistic, warming wood-effect, but with all the practical qualities of premium porcelain. The multi-toned design of Tree Fusion, expertly laid in a herringbone pattern, brings a tactile texture to the décor and complements the dark olive units, with integrated high-specification appliances.

In one of the generous, luxurious bathrooms, Minoli De-Segni series, in the Osso Blend 11 design, creates multi-toned tapestries with its precise, print-like patterns. De-Segni emulates traditional encaustic tiles in an authentic 20/20 format and is paired with the high-gloss 6/24 Luminous Lume Greige, in which the shower enclosure is clad. The latter range has also been applied to bring a glamorous gloss to the downstairs cloakroom.

Another of the ensuites features Minoli Clay Calm with an almost cloud-like composition across the walls and floors. Creating contrast, Minoli Cosmopolitan Amazzonite is used to dramatic effect in the shower, with hints of turquoise, oxidised iron and slate in the gleaming polished surface, creating a near seamless finish.
