As we begin to mark the 65th anniversary of Minoli in 2025, our very good friends at Road Race Rally created a unique piece of artwork that recognises the part that the Minoli distribution fleet has played in the success of the company.
The artwork created by Joe Coade and the team at RRR showcases a most amazing image of M1 NOL, which is a 26t DAF Truck and the fourth vehicle to carry the coveted registration plate as the Minoli flagship delivery vehicle.
We were so delighted with the original piece that we decided to commission further copies to present to others that have helped establish and grow the Minoli truck fleet over the years, such as the team at Wessex Vehicle Services.
Wessex Vehicle Services are commercial vehicle bodybuilders, representing UK engineering at its best, manufacturing bespoke bodywork for all body types and sectors, nationwide for over 30 years.
These include trucks for Retail Distribution, the Utilities market, Motorsport, Fine Art Transportation and Removals sectors which are carefully crafted at their 40,000 square foot factory, based near Salisbury, Wiltshire by a highly skilled bodybuilding team.
In a relationship now spanning over a decade, Minoli have turned to Wessex to construct and fit the rear cargo boxes on our fleet of DAF Trucks and to build the specialist bodies for our two new Minoli rigid curtainside variants.
Visiting Minoli headquarters in Oxford this afternoon, Nigel Mustill and Alex Watson from Wessex Vehicle Services were presented with their copy of the artwork, with our sincere thanks for their continued support in providing bespoke bodywork builds for Minoli’s state of the art fleet of DAF trucks.
