As we continue to focus on the Outdoor By Minoli Collection of porcelain paving, and how these particular 20 mm thickness tiles are used in different exterior contexts, today we feature some examples from two longstanding clients.
JSRE Partners specialise in the design and development of super-prime property, as demonstrated in the stunning renovation of this Grade II listed villa in St John’s Wood, originally home to renowned stained-glass artist Lady Beatrice Campbell in the early 20th Century.
The perfectly presented patio and pool-side paving are created with Minoli Boost White Outdoor. In generous 60/120 dimensions, with a durable 20 mm thickness and R11 slip-resistance rating, this series is readily available from UK stock.
Another example from the JSRE portfolio is this delightfully designed rooftop terrace, completed as part of the full refurbishment programme of this unique and characterful loft-style apartment.
Formerly part of ‘The Clink’, London’s oldest and most notorious prison, the building is set within the heart of London’s famous Borough Market and provides a tranquil haven from the hustle and bustle of London’s Borough Market.
The flooring around the BBQ grill station is fitted with Minoli Trust Titanium tiles, with the look of quarried quartzite and a softly structured surface, and complementary tiles from the Minoli Boost Series in the Smoke colourway have also been installed in the luxury ensuite that overlooks this remarkable rooftop oasis.
Lastly, an example from Hayfield, one of Minoli’s longest standing clients, to whom we have supplied both indoor tiles and outdoor porcelain pavers for their charming new development in the village of Little Kimble in Buckinghamshire.
Looking through from the beautifully appointed, bespoke kitchen to the private garden, for this particular property, Hayfield have installed exterior use porcelain pavers from the Outdoor By Minoli Collection to create a more seamless transition from indoors to outside.
Storm White inside is paired with the coordinating design of Flux Bone outside, as a grippy exterior counterpart in 60/60 dimensions and durable 20 mm thickness. With a slip resistance rating of R11 and frost proof qualities, Hayfield have achieved a clever continuity of large format flooring through the bi-fold doors to the patio and outside kitchen and dining area, where the outdoor tiling is offered as an upgrade option to house buyers, depending on the stage of the development.
This is an exceptional example of what can be achieved with Outdoor porcelain paving as the surface solution of choice to enhance garden entertainment spaces.
