Pennyfarthing Homes are an award-winning housebuilder with over 40 years of experience and pride themselves on delivering a service worthy of their continued industry recognition for excellence. A long-standing client of Minoli, their extensive property portfolio includes distinctively designed houses, bungalows and apartments throughout Hampshire and Dorset, each demonstrating the quality and care that is synonymous with the Pennyfarthing brand.
An excellent example of their expertise for understanding a community’s preferences and housing needs is the flagship Whitsbury Green development in Fordingbridge, a historic market town on the banks of the River Avon. This stunning collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes and bungalows is set right on the edge of the New Forest, and is perfectly suited to first time buyers, downsizers and families.
Launched in November 2023, with much of this development still in construction, prospective buyers are invited to visit the beautifully appointed show home, which is of The Rushbury design. This four-bedroom detached house boasts a large open plan kitchen/diner, study and living room downstairs, as well as four good sized bedrooms with a master ensuite and family bathroom upstairs.
Built for modern living, the show home is equipped to a high specification including luxury kitchen units, integrated appliances, energy-efficient heating, oak-faced doors and recessed LED downlighters in various rooms, and the master ensuite and family bathroom both feature tiles from Minoli’s collections.
The master ensuite is bright and light with Baikal Blanco Ceramic Gloss tiles applied to the main walls in the 30/60 size with crisp rectified edges. Installed to full height within the shower enclosure are the coordinating Baikal Blanco Brillo Gloss décor tiles, which catch the light across their softly sculpted surfaces. Throughout, contemporary chrome fittings, wall-mounted vanity units and mirrors help create meticulously modern ambiance.
In the family bathroom, Luminous Lume Green brings a shot of colour, with these porcelain, metro-style, 6/24 letterbox tiles laid vertically to enhance the sense of space around the bath. On the remaining walls, Neutral White has a subtle off-white tone and the irregular fine markings of natural stone, in Matt Ceramic and a 30/60 size. Again, a large, heated towel rail, sleek shower screen and generous basin create the perfect environment in which to refresh and relax.
