‘Friends & Family’ Evening : Minoli Senior Team – Invested Suppliers & Clients
It was back in September 2025 when Minoli first announced the opening of a new flagship showroom and design centre in Chelsea, in the heart of this vibrant district.
Since then, huge progress has been made in the design, development and fit-out of this stunning new facility, located at 648 Kings Road, London, SW6, a highly visible, landmark building with much passing traffic and many visitors to the various interior and design brands in the area.
Expected to be fully open to the public and professional clients later this summer, Jonathon and Lucy Minoli took the opportunity, on the evening of Saturday 28th February, to offer a preview of the design direction for the new facility with senior Minoli team members, together with a number of clients, friends of Minoli, as well as to key contributing suppliers.

The evening began with a Prosecco and Canapés reception at the Minoli London showroom on George Street in Marylebone, where guests were able to get a sense of the design direction and scale of the new Chelsea showroom through a series of photo montages and design mood boards.

These captured the layout of the exciting new space, with triple aspect glazing, extensive display areas on both the street level and lower ground floors of the premises, as well as client consultation and entertainment zones, installations of all the latest fine porcelain tiles and extra-large format slabs, rooms settings, sample libraries and meeting facilities.

Jonathon also took the opportunity to reveal to the assembled attendees the plans and concept drawings for a new storage facility, adjacent to the Minoli Head Office in Oxford. To be developed on the site of an existing Minoli premises, Secure House. This new high-bay warehouse and administration block has been specifically designed to house the XL Format Porcelain Slabs, with a covered truck loading facility, car parking, administration & showroom space and staff facilities.

Our particular thanks must go to some long-standing suppliers and partners of ours who have contributed to the design and development of these facilities including:
- Meda International – Designers and architects for the existing Marylebone showroom, the new Chelsea flagship store and the new Oxford Warehouse & Distribution Facility.
- Tapper Interiors – Construction and interior fit out company for George Street and Kings Road.
- Kitchen Architecture – Designers of the new client hospitality facility at Kings Road.
- Davies Boulton – Site Supervision & QS for Kings Road and Oxford.
Also, for their contributions to this particular event:
- Rosario and Massimo Sardo of Italian Continental Stores (ICS) – For the supply of fine wines and prosecco, as exclusive suppliers of vintages from the Tenuta Santomè wine estate, located around Treviso in the Veneto region of Italy.
- Andrew Richardson of Home House – For the supply of exquisite catering and event staff.
- Daniel Haines – Supplier of the signage and presentation for the night.
We look forward to sharing more details of these exciting new investments for Minoli as we near the launch of the Chelsea showrooms and when construction commences of the new build at Oxford.
