Looking Ahead At Exciting Investments By Minoli

The rest of this year and throughout 2027 will see a period of significant investment by Minoli in the things that matter most to our customers – new and exciting ranges, our premises, our significant product stockholding of porcelain and ceramic tiles, our delivery capability with the fleet of trucks, client events and of course, the Minoli Team.

NEW PRODUCT RANGES

Over the next 3 months, we will be launching four new and exciting series to join the extensive Contemporary Essentials Collection. All manufactured in beautiful, fine Italian porcelain, with precisely rectified edges for ease of installation, these include:

– The latest designs emulating majestic marble, with both vivid and more muted colourways, and remarkable pattern definition for unmatched realism.

– Unified architectural surfaces with stone effects delivering a contemporary take on the traditional, combining precisely engineered finishes with the irregular inclusions of the original material.

– Creative concrete-look designs that truly capture the essence of a poured composite, shaped by flow and encapsulating the undulations and imperfections for more authentic interpretations.

– Wonderful wood-look collections with the most detailed and authentic representations of gorgeous graining and natural knots, with new organic tones ranging from rich and warm to calming and cool.

PREMISES

Earlier this year we commissioned the complete refurbishment of Minoli Marylebone at 71-73 George Street, London W1U 8AQ. With a full redecoration, new display units and lighting, what has always been an inviting space in which to discover our porcelain tile and extra-large slab ranges, has now become even brighter and more inspiring.

On the ground floor, the main display racks now hold well over 200 tile designs so our clients can have a full-size impression of the detailed patterning, surface finish, colour tone and levels of grip or gloss. Recently another new display unit was installed in the lower-ground studio, to accommodate even more of the impressive 60/120 format tiles that we feature.

Plans are also advanced for a significant expansion of the warehouse storage capacity at Minoli’s Headquarters and Distribution Centre in Oxford, for a facility specifically designed for the ever developing business requirements for extra-large format porcelain slabs.

Alongside our established facilities in Marylebone and Oxford, we’re also looking forward to the opening of our brand new Minoli Chelsea flagship showroom towards the end of this year, located at 648 Kings Road, London SW6 2DU.

Over the past two years we’ve completely redeveloped this new premises, specifically imagined for collaborative design and to inspire choices. With the most extensive displays of Italian porcelain tiles, slabs, décor pieces and outdoor paving we’re excited to be welcoming soon interior designers, architects, property developers and homeowners to what will be a truly creative space.

We will be sharing more news on this as we approach the launch date, including the history of the site, the facility design process and details of what visitors can see and do within Minoli Chelsea.

PRODUCT STOCKHOLDING

One of the attributes of Minoli that our clients very much appreciate and often comment upon is our ability to stock all of our most frequently specified tile series in plentiful UK stock, ready for prompt delivery, normally within 2-5 working days.

At our centrally located Warehouse & Distribution Centre in Oxford, we hold on average some £4 million in net cost value stock, representing more than 600 product lines from over 100 ranges, which differentiates us greatly from many of our peers in the ceramic and porcelain tile sector.

This year alone we have welcomed nine new additional ranges to the Minoli Core Collection, with marble, stone, concrete and wood-effects, including new parquet-style floor tile designs.

We’ve also launched four new headline series in the Contemporary Collection, including the stunning marble-effects of Marvel Epic, the natural stone looks of Nyra, the travertine appeal of Marvel T, the metallic designs of Boost Vision and we’ve also added a new colourway to Boost Expression. Many of these Contemporary ranges also have variants that we hold in UK stock, so providing our clients with an on-call, supply line for more bespoke developments as well.

DELIVERY FLEET

We take considerable pride in our delivery fleet of state-of-the-art, purpose built DAF trucks. With ten such vehicles in daily use and a further two soon to hit the road, plus five support vehicles, we have a daily delivery capacity well in excess of 100,000 KGs.

The newest additions to the fleet are all New Generation DAF XB specification trucks, which are simply stunning in design, but also sturdy, versatile and optimised in performance, equipped with a number of exciting and innovative features, increased payload capacity and efficiency.

With a team of Minoli employed drivers, we can be far more responsive in planning our deliveries to site and our drivers are familiar with their routes, our products and our customers’ preferences, so understanding the need to get the job done, in a professional manner.

Our trucks are equipped with tail lifts or are curtain-sided for ease of cargo access, with one fitted with a Moffett forklift, so all of our trucks can unload conveniently and safely on many different site locations and types.

CLIENT EVENTS

We’re soon to confirm the opening dates for our new Chelsea Showroom and will then look forward to welcoming clients, suppliers and friends of Minoli to the launch, as well as holding open days for new customers and acquaintances from the local area and further afield.

This year, Wednesday 2^nd December will see the annual Minoli Preview Event, again to be held within the prestigious Home House private member’s club on Portman Square in Marylebone, London W1. On the evening, we will be showcasing the latest series to be launched in 2027, providing invited attendees with a first glimpse of the exciting new design styles for the year ahead.
