Minoli Supply Specialist Porcelain Tiles To Auto West London

The OMODA | JAECOO brands have rapidly established themselves in the UK car market since launch in 2024, with a host of new models, industry awards and a rapidly expanding dealer network.

As the official tile supplier to OMODA | JAECOO in the UK, Minoli have delivered specialist porcelain tiles to several new build and refurbishment sites. We are however particularly delighted to have supplied Auto West London for their landmark site in Chiswick, London, prominently located at the Hogarth Roundabout on the A4, Great West Road.

Auto West London is wholly owned by Çetas Otomotiv, the largest dealer group in Turkey, and ranking around the Top 50 in Europe. Having had a great experience representing OMODA | JAECOO in Turkey, the group were honoured to partner with them again in seeking to build a strong presence in the UK.

The Auto West London facility is simply stunning in design, with some 500 square metres of showroom and office space on the ground floor, accommodating up to 12 cars, with a fully glazed frontage. The first floor incorporates further office space, a luxurious, 35-seat private cinema, and impressive, wrap-around, digital advertising screens offering exceptional promotional opportunities.

The site also has an interesting history, rooted in automotive, having previously been home to a classic car trader, the TVR brand and at one time the largest Tesla showroom in Europe. Prior to that, until the 1990s, stood The Feathers pub, established in 1960 after the A4 was built.

Apparently, The Feathers attracted celebrity visitors back in the day. Being the first pub that you would pass if you were coming into London from Heathrow, once off the M4, as a frequent trans-Atlantic traveller, Liz Taylor was known to call in on her way from Concorde to Clarridges, so she could take refreshments in a proper British pub.

The tiles specified for the floor of the vehicle display, consultation and lounge areas include Minoli GMS Terrazzo White / Light Grey Matt and the darker GMS Terrazzo Grey Matt, both in 60/60 sizes and of 9 mm thickness, with precisely rectified edges.

Featuring a traditional Terrazzo-effect finish, the irregular inclusions within the surface create a dynamic and durable platform on which to display the latest cutting-edge OMODA | JAECOO models, with their bold and futuristic styling.
