On the evening of Thursday 20th March, the team from Minoli were delighted to welcome over 125 attendees at their second ‘Women In Property Design & Development’ Event. Guests included interior designers and architects, and representatives from leading property development and housebuilding firms.
The event was held at the prestigious Home House private members’ club on Portman Square, in Marylebone, London, W1. The occasion was hosted in the elegant Front Parlour and Eating Rooms, a simply luxurious setting for this lively networking event.
Guests first enjoyed a choice of refreshments including Elderflower Spritz and a special ‘Minoli 65th Anniversary’ vintage Prosecco from the Santomè vineyards in Treviso, Italy and provided by Minoli’s go-to food and beverage supplier, Italian Continental Stores located in Berkshire.

A selection of delicious canapés were also prepared by Home House’s Executive Chef, including Tuna Tartare & Sesame Cones, Iberico Ham Croquettes and Whipped Mozzarella & Tomato Crostini.
Host for the evening, Lucy Minoli, then introduced guest speaker, Megan Seward, founder and director of Isle Health, an innovative wellbeing brand committed to dramatically increasing workforce health and quality of life, as well as productivity.

Megan gave an inspiring talk on ‘The Power Of Ten Minutes’, focusing on how even short bouts of exercise can contribute meaningfully to health when they are done regularly.
Megan’s presentation covered topics such as how accumulated movement benefits wellbeing, how short exercise sessions fit real life better and the impact this has on motivation and consistency, with some invaluable tips to take away.
After the event, Lucy commented, “We’re delighted so many guests could join us this evening and our thanks to all the attendees. It’s exciting to see so many influential ladies in the property industry and I’m so pleased to have both welcomed familiar faces and met inspiring new contacts.

“Our thanks to Megan for delivering such an informative and entertaining talk, as well as teaching us about movement becoming a normal, sustainable part of everyday life and a valid contribution to our health.
“Thanks also to Claudia Cledwyn and the team at Home House for managing the event with their usual faultless finesse and flair.”
