GWR Kia is Europe’s largest Kia dealership and the flagship branch for Kia Motors UK. It is operated by the award winning Norton Way Group, formed in 1989 with dealerships in London and Hertfordshire.
Located at 963 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex, TW8 9FX, GWR Kia first opened its doors in August 2016 and since then its new look showroom opened in April 2025, with a full refurbishment and fit-out of the lower floor showrooms.
Kia designed the ‘Kia Store’ to revolutionise the look and feel of dealerships, including the GWR Kia centre, to embrace a bold, warm and natural customer experience. The GWR site also features a number of energy saving initiatives including roof mounted solar PVs, a water harvesting system and LED lights.
This multi-level facility is a one-stop shop for all things Kia, including vehicle purchasing, selling, servicing, financing and much more! The team at GWR also stock the entire Kia range with every model available to view and test drive, to get a full appreciation of the chosen vehicle’s performance.
Two distinct zones separate the showroom, comprising a ‘customer zone’ featuring plenty of warm wood accents and comfy seating areas and a ‘display zone’, showcasing the latest Kia models.
These two main areas are divided by a distinctive and elegant, LED lighting feature, called an Infinity Loop, which runs as a continuous band across the floor, walls and ceiling between the zones to visually separate them with a constant soft, warm red hue (Kia’s highlight colour).
In the ‘customer zone’, the Minoli ERV Series in the Rovere colourway has been expertly installed in a 22.5/90 matt porcelain plank format. With an R9 slip-resistance rating and precisely rectified edges, these wonderful wood-look tiles provide a welcoming and durable surface for this high-footfall area.
In the ‘display zone’ the terrazzo-effect of the Minoli GMS Series in the Pearl colourway and generous 60/60 size creates the perfect platform on which to display the latest Kia models including the award-winning Kia EV3, the ground-breaking Kia EV4 and Kia EV5, and the latest editions of the Kia Sportage and Stonic.
Other areas of the dealership also feature porcelain tiles from the Minoli collections to the original Kia specification including throughout the impressive 15-bay workshop, which offers a comprehensive range of aftersales services, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, bodywork and parts & accessories. Here the Minoli Workshop Series, in 20/20 dimensions and 12mm thickness for extra strength, has been fitted with matching skirting and external & internal corner pieces.

The top floor glass façade and car display on the Great West Road in Brentford, West London overlooks an elevated section of the M4 motorway, one of Britain’s busiest roads, creating a bold and highly visible statement as you drive in or out of London.
