Grand Union canal. The eclectic mix of homes are made up of new build houses and apartments together with three refurbished Grade II and locally listed buildings. Each element unique but unified together resulting in a genuinely striking collection of waterside homes.
Completed by Minoli Client Oakford, these exclusive developments of stylish, luxury apartments are fitted throughout with Minoli porcelain tiles to a high specification. Open interiors complemented with large windows and sky lights, intensifies the atmosphere created by the choice of styling and the modern furniture.
Neutral tones and masculine shades are contrasted against white walls, macramé decorative pieces and delicate lighting. The large rooms and natural light allow for maximum texture and bold shades to be used within the interiors. Natural touches such as exposed brick walls and wooden surfaces work in harmony with the high tech and ultra-modern features, creating a contemporary space for unique individuals.
The open plan formation of the apartment has been fitted with Minoli Tree Age Grey, a worn wood effect porcelain tile. These natural look tiles have been laid manually in a traditional herringbone pattern. This elongates the space and adds a classic charm to a unique and modern home. A high variation to the surface design, patterning and colour of Minoli Tree Age wood look tiles, provide authentic replications of real wood surfaces, aged over time displaying worn areas of discoloration and natural wood surface patterns of grain lines and occasional knots.
Minoli Norway Vit, a pebble effect limestone look tiles, continues the natural inspired aesthetic into the bathrooms. Minoli Norway are matt porcelain tiles available in a smooth matt finish and a textured, anti-slip surface, perfect for walk in shower units and wet rooms. The wooden features are carried through the property and echoed on the vanity unit and solid wood doors. Design is kept fairly minimal, with textures of stone and wood through furnishing, decorations and tiles speaking volumes throughout the interior design.

Both modern aesthetics and traditional design are included further within the residence. Minoli Gemstones Terrazzo Grey offer a modern take on a conventional Italian design feature. Modernised with an ultra-polished finish and its availability in a large tile format. Concrete effect tiles, Myrine Ippolita present contemporary visions that follow on through the property, allowing for both classic and new age style to coincide harmoniously in every corner of the home.
