The Sales Office Administration Team efficiently and effectively take care of all the important activities that keep our business running smoothly – order processing, stock management, account administration, invoicing and reporting, amongst many other important duties.
Led by Sophie Doran, who will soon be marking her 30th year with Minoli, some of what this team does may not be as visible as our products, delivery trucks and promotions, but in some respects they’re more important.
Our relationships with customers and suppliers rely upon the accuracy of orders and shipping consignments, the collection and transfer of payments, stock control and delivery schedules, and much, much more, and it’s here that the office team excel.
If you are a client of Minoli, you will no doubt have experienced the efficiency and friendliness of the Sales Office Administration team, and they provide unwavering support to our customers and internal departments.
Also working from the Minoli Headquarters in Oxford is the Finance Team, led by our Company Accountant – Head of Finance, Kelly Marsh. Apart from keeping a tight rein on the financial solidity and stability of the business, they are also key in making sure Minoli are easy to do business with.
For both our suppliers and customers, we believe that open, straightforward and clear communications are the foundations of good business relationships, and that consistent and collaborative ways of working are key to building trust and mutual benefit.
Whilst they may seem like basic good practice, activities such as regular reporting, prompt payment, accurate statements and attentive service all go a long way in ensuring our clients and partners enjoy dealing with Minoli, day-to-day and in the longer term.
Whilst these departments may be considered ‘back office’ functions, they are certainly at the forefront delivering the high levels of service that Minoli is well known for.
