Wonderful Project Wednesday
#WonderfulProjectWednesday is back and this week we take a look at the project, Staplands Manor. An outstanding residential development of luxury homes in the Weybridge area, that utilises tiles from the Minoli Core and Contemporary Essentials ranges.
A bright, traditional home, providing a modern and practical living space which lives up to its luxury. Natural look tiles have been chosen for around the home, complementing traditional wooden features, cosy carpets and amazing back garden area to match.

The open spaces of the downstairs area are complemented with Minoli Seastone White 60/60. A limestone-look porcelain tile, with practical slip resistance and subtle surface pattern. The continuity of Minoli Seastone White throughout the downstairs, gives the impression of a larger space and connects the whole ground floor, create a fluid and pleasant transition through the property.
As for the bathrooms of the home, these have expressed style individually. The family bathroom contains a bathtub and a walk-in shower area. Tiled floor to ceiling in Seastone White. A tile that offers a warmth hue through an overall grey shade. Providing suitable slip resistance and benefits from non-porous qualities, for use within bathrooms and wet areas.

The Master bathroom makes a statement with classic Calacatta visions of marble, showcasing the Minoli Calacatta Extra Matt for the floors and the ultra-polished version, Minoli Calacatta Extra Lappato, on the walls. A free standing bath, a walk in shower space and hidden toilet system creates a fresh and modern aesthetic.

Upstairs a bathroom dons darker tones thanks to the skylight which engulfs the room in natural light. Minoli Gotha Platinum present travertine style surrounds while Minoli Tree-Age Brown off set the grey tones, introduces warmer notes and interesting textures.
