Proving advantageous to our existing clients, and attractive to new customers, is Minoli’s ability to hold plentiful UK stock of our most popular tile ranges, and to deliver them promptly to site, with high standards of customer service.
In the current economic climate, perhaps this is a factor of housebuilders and developers being a little more prudent with property completions and releasing them in line with market demand, but they are certainly strengths that we’d like to highlight again.
Stock: Centrally located in Oxford, at the Minoli Warehouse and Distribution Centre, we hold on average close to £4m in net cost value stock of the most frequently specified porcelain and ceramic tile series, representing some 600 different product lines, from over 100 ranges, in marble, stone, concrete, wood and metallic effects.


This includes all of the Minoli Core Collections, specifically selected for value and quality to meet primarily the needs of our housebuilder and developer clientele, as well as selected products from the Contemporary Collection, perhaps for more bespoke, higher-end properties.
For many of these products, our prices have either remained stable or reduced over recent years, making us arguably the most competitive provider, on like for like material.
Supply: We also run our own fleet of 11 upgraded DAF trucks and additional support vans, with Minoli employed drivers, meaning we can be far more agile in planning our deliveries to site. It also means our drivers are familiar with their routes, our products and our customers’ preferences, so understanding the need to get the job done, in a professional manner.


Service: Last but not least, our Account Managers, Sales Administration, Finance and Showroom Teams are remarkably long-standing, some having dealt with our clients for many years, and that’s reflected in their proficient and personable ways of working, helping to serve you efficiently and solve occasional problems should they occur.


In short, we’ve become known for our substantial UK stockholding and ability to supply promptly, with a service that’s considered second to none. Now in our 65th year, these are values that have stood the test of time, but we’re still forward-thinking in the way in which we operate.
