The Anthemics – The Indie-Rock ‘n’ Roll Band For Minoli Events

It’s nearly a decade since The Anthemics were first commissioned to play at the 2015 Minoli Preview event at the exclusive Home House members club on Portman Square, London, and they have filled the dance floor there every year since.

Lucy and Jonathon Minoli first encountered the band when they were playing at Twickenham Rugby Stadium as part of the post-match entertainment, and they are now billed as the go-to music choice for all Minoli events.

Formed in Leicester in 2013, the band members include David J Smith – vocals and guitar, Andy Kempin – guitar and backing vocals, Ben Hepworth – bass and backing vocals, and Craig Palmer – drums and backing vocals.

Performing regularly for weddings, parties, corporate events and many more, with over 15 years’ experience within the music industry, The Anthemics know how to create an electric atmosphere without the corny vibe that so many other bands express.

Packing a catalogue of indie-rock and pop hits, ranging from The Killers to The Rolling Stones and The Kings of Leon to The Beatles, they offer high energy rock and roll for any type of event, with a 2,500-watt PA system and synchronised LED lighting show.

They can provide a professional DJ service, for both before and after their full band sets and their extensive and vast digital song catalogue spans all eras right up to today’s current chart hits.

The band also offers an excellent acoustic option featuring their lead frontman on vocals and acoustic guitar. Ideal for entertaining guests during a drinks reception or wedding breakfast and performing chilled out renditions of a range of classic tunes spanning all eras, Anthemics Acoustic is perfect for smaller venues and more low-key occasions.
