The Chapel – St Joseph’s Gate has been described as “The jewel in the crown” by The Telegraph. This truly unique and impressively converted four-bedroom Grade II listed Chapel extends over 8000 square feet and has been renovated into a luxury living space while retaining all the original character.

Designed to be the ultimate space for living the upmost luxurious life, this converted chapel has an extraordinary vaulted ceiling and original granite pillars, combined with a gym, sumptuous spa with steam room and sauna. In the unique kitchen area, designed as an open plan layout under the incredible arches of the chapel. Minoli Re-Markable Gypsum Lappato tiles have been laid as the kitchen floor. Re-Markable are polished concrete effect porcelain tiles in an off-white shade. Complementing the new modern environment of which it is in, white echoing a similar colour of the original structure of the property.

A similar classic style has been followed on throughout the home with Minoli Marvel Cremo Delicato, cream marble effect tiles create hallways inspired by the natural marble stone, Crema Marfil. Elegantly designed with black marble boarder tiles, Minoli Marvel Noir Saint Laurent Listello.

Through to a luxury bathroom featuring the incredible Minoli Marvel Noir Saint Laurent Lappato. Jet black scenes are ignited with white marble veining and finished off in pure bliss with an ultra-polished look. 

Continuing the bathroom theme, the main bathroom sees Minoli Marvel Calacatta Extra across the floors and walls. Traditional is mixed with modernity with cool lighting and geometric shapes accompanied by black marble boarders and character brought in from the original arched doorways.

Minoli Dreamwell White displays a soft beauty in an additional bathroom. Light is let in from the unique arched windows. The space is modernised with a large glass shower wall partitioning the walk in shower area and concrete effect tiles, Dreamwell, just set the scene.

Down in the spa and steam room darker tones create the desired ambiance. Minoli Gotha Platinum Lux Lappato travertine effect tiles showcase silky greys and natural inspired surface designs in the bathroom. Into the spa we see Minoli Lakestone Pearl and Black matt porcelain tiles. These stone effect tiles provide grip underfoot and are non-porous, meaning spaces are safe, practical, and easy to maintain.
