The New Nyra Series – Installed Throughout Minoli Chelsea

Unveiled on Wednesday this week, we are so impressed with the new Nyra Series that we’ve chosen to install it throughout our new flagship showroom in Chelsea, with a planned opening to the public and professional clients in the autumn, later this year.

Alongside our established showroom facilities in Oxford and Marylebone, this new venue will provide more opportunities to explore and choose from the extensive Minoli product portfolio of porcelain and ceramic tiles and extra-large format slabs, in the heart of London, SW6.

Previewed to longstanding clients, friends of Minoli, and key contributing suppliers in February, this stunning new triple aspect facility, located at 648 Kings Road, London, is within a highly visible, landmark building with much passing traffic and a destination for the many visitors to this vibrant design district.

This will be the largest of our showrooms, of nearly 500 m² in area, with inspirational product displays, meeting facilities, design resources and home to a dedicated team of experts to advise on the right specifications for your interior design, property development and home improvement projects.

Nyra is a stone-effect collection designed to give shape to the idea of promoting well-being through architecturally designed spaces. The surface of Nyra is not an imitation of natural materials, but an original surface developed with a biophilic approach and design sensitivity.

In fine Italian porcelain, of expansive 120/120 dimensions, the street-level showroom floor has been expertly laid in the enchanting Nyra Meteor design with deeper greys, pebble-like markings and softer striations that bring a sense of drama and solidity.

The lower-ground showroom features the Nyra Mist colourway, comprising cooler pale and mid-grey tones, with darker inclusions and subtle light veining that deliver depth and dynamism.

Both with meticulously matt finishes, we’ve also specified the staircase between these spaces with Meteor treads and Mist nosing, which has been created in bespoke pieces with engineered grooves for improved slip resistance.

Nyra also extends through to the outdoor area in the Hay design, a light and warm colourway with beige and off-white patterning, and a grip finish with an R11 anti-slip rating.

Elsewhere, other standout series from Minoli adorn the customer restrooms with extra-large 120/278 slabs in the polished Marvel Diva Taj Mahal and matt Marvel Travertine White Vein designs. Lastly, the staff restrooms feature the contemporary charm of Boost Balance, in the Ash colourway in impressive 120/120 formats.

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming visitors in the autumn, to explore this new destination venue, specifically imagined for collaborative design and to inspire choices. This will be a truly creative space for interior designers, architects, property developers and homeowners, showcasing the most extensive displays of Italian porcelain tiles, slabs, décor pieces and outdoor paving.
