The two new, purpose built Minoli trucks were delivered last week, and the heavens have opened ever since, with torrential rain almost every day.
The two new trucks, pictured with their drivers, Mark and Paul have been allocated to Central London Routes, both north and south of “The River”.

These new vehicles have a capacity approaching 10,000 KGS, are fitted with tailift, air suspension and automatic gearboxes, Chris , Minoli transport manager said “ we are delighted to have these two trucks available to us as we do seem to be getting much busier, especially for central London site delivery, it is just such a shame that these two vehicles have been running around in such appalling conditions, after we spent so much time on the paint finish and graphic design, but they are working vehicles and have to earn their keep”.

A third truck in this series is expected off of the DAF production line this month, with a view to having the truck body constructed during July to be ready on the road for August.
Jonathon Minoli, Managing director said “ obviously this represents a major investment for Minoli, with each truck in the region of £70k, but we have a reputation for giving excellent service and the delivery of our product is at the heart of the business, we are also gearing up ready for the business we are expecting in the second half of the year, of course if the greater economic situation holds this back, we will be ready to go with the economy”.
