Boost Balance Porcelain Tiles – Sophisticated Simplicity

Taking inspiration from the smooth, compact and micro-fine texture of concrete, the Boost Balance Series of premium, porcelain tiles and slabs delivers the balancing point of contemporary design.

Originally launched at the Minoli 2024 Preview Event, such is the demand for this timeless collection that we now hold UK stocks of selected lines, ready for prompt delivery, normally within 2-5 working days.

In technically advanced porcelain, the wider world of Boost now comprises eight different, delightful designs including Boost, Boost Mix, Boost Natural, Boost Mineral, Boost Stone, Boost Expression, Boost Icor and Boost Balance. With a multitude of sizes, finishes and thicknesses with which to fulfil the most in vogue and innovative interior and architectural designs, the Boost series provides a holistic system of surface solutions.

RANGE OVERVIEW

Within the surface design of Boost Balance, from a distance there’s a sense of solidity borne of the remarkably uniform consistency and depth of colour. However, closer inspection reveals natural nuances and subtle layering that bring authenticity and allure to the design.

With standard and large format tiles, expansive porcelain slabs, a range of different surface treatments including Outdoor specification pavers and a choice of complementary mosaics and décor pieces, the Boost Balance Series is purposefully poised to satisfy the most technical and inventive interior and architectural designs.

COLOURS & DESIGNS

Boost Balance features a colour palette of 10 shades ranging from pure white to sophisticated greys and anthracite, from warm to cooler tones. The most frequently specified sizes of Pure, Moon, Pearl and Cream will be held in stock at our Oxford Distribution Centre.

• Pure – The lightest palette in the series but still with subtle mixed shades of pale cream with a touch of grey.
• Ivory – This colourway’s warm tones soften any industrial look, with a subtle, understated appearance that amplifies both space and light.
• Cream – The neutral pigments of Boost Balance Cream create a subdued and mellow ambiance, capable of bringing a soothing serenity to any space.
• Ash – Has the earthy tone of cement and natural stone, creating a comforting and contemporary environment.
• Moon – With a cooler colourway, whilst predominantly an off-white, Moon has an almost blue undertone that lends itself to pairing with white and grey marble effect tiles.
• White – Combines pale and off-white tones, which bring light and brightness to any space. Perfect for creating a simple and neutral backdrop, that is complimentary to almost any colour.
• Pearl – The pearl colourway a silvery, ashen shade with a soft reflective quality, and can bring a modern influence to classic environments.
• Grey – With hints of pebble and pewter, the industrial tones would sit comfortably with more vibrant accents and design features.
• Smoke – A mid-tone, taupe-grey tile, with hints of warmth, that enable an indulgent urban finish to be achieved.
• Tarmac – Has a rich slate-like lustre. This bold backdrop makes a strong statement within any design project.

SIZES AND FINISHES

This diversity of design is matched by the breadth of sizes available, with up to eleven different rectified formats, in 6 mm or 9 mm thickness depending on colour, from typical to more expansive floor and wall tiles, extra-large 120/278 and 160/320 slabs, plus three different dimensions in 20 mm thickness for exterior use.

The further versatility of Boost Balance is underpinned by the variety of finishes available including Matt for most indoor living areas, Velvet which is recommended for use on walls, Grip for wet rooms and some external settings, and a Structured surface specifically for use outdoors.

In 9 mm thickness, all colourways are available with a Matt finish in 30/60, 60/60 and 80/80 sizes. Also, in 9mm thickness, all colourways are available with a Matt and Velvet finish in 60/120 and 120/120, with a grip version of that latter size also available.

In 6 mm thickness, all colours are available in 120/278 slabs, with Ivory, Ash, White and Pearl also available in 60/120 and Ash as an impressive 160/320 extra-large format slab.

Lastly, Ash, White, Pearl and Grey are available in 60/60, 60/120 and 120/120 formats with 20 mm thickness with a Structured surface for use in outdoor settings.

Stock lines of Boost Balance in Matt finishes include Pure in 60/60, 80/80, 60/120, 120/120, plus Moon, Pearl and Cream in 60/60 sizes.

DECOR TILES AND MOSAICS

To complement the wide range of floor and wall tiles described above, the following Decor Tiles and Mosaics are available in all colourways:

• Mosaico Matt – In 9 mm, 30/30 sheets, Mosaico Matt provides a more traditional small-square mosaic for use in bathrooms and kitchens, to add texture and tonality.
• Mosaico Lock Matt – In 9 mm, 37.4/50.5 sheets and a super-fine Matt finish, the lock design incorporates triangles and hexagons to create a striking, geometric pattern.
• Strings Décor Tiles – In 9 mm with 60/120 dimensions and available in both Matt and the new Velvet finish, these one-piece decors have contemporary linear grooves across the tile face.
