We were delighted to see that Hayfield, a longstanding client of Minoli, were commended at last night’s Housebuilder Awards in the ‘Best design for three storeys or fewer’ category.

Hayfield are renowned for building inspiring and extraordinary residences, and they were recognised at the event for their stunning Hanwell design of properties, which are luxurious and spacious, Zero Carbon Ready, five-bedroom family homes.
Headquartered in Solihull, with developments throughout the West Midlands, Home Counties, East and Southern England, Hayfield regularly specify porcelain and ceramic tiles from Minoli’s collections for their different developments and house styles.
As a particularly good example of this, we recently featured one of the Hanwell specification homes in a project story regarding Hayfield Crescent, a curation of 40 two-, three- and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes, in the charming village of Little Kimble in Buckinghamshire.

In this particular property, stone and marble-effect tiles were applied throughout the beautifully appointed bathrooms, principal and guest ensuites, creating delightful spaces in which to relax and refresh. The ranges chosen for these spa-like rooms included Minoli Cashmire White, Energy Stone Superiore Statuario and Lagoona Sandshell.

Another on-trend application was the use of coordinating indoor and outdoor tiles, with which to create a more seamless transition from the expansive kitchen and living area, through to the patio and garden entertaining space. Inside and throughout the downstairs accommodation, the Minoli Storm Series in the White colourway has an almost cloud-like composition and has been paired with Flux Bone, as a grippy exterior counterpart, also in 60/60 dimensions and durable 20 mm thickness.
The external tiling is offered as an upgrade option to house buyers, depending on the stage of the development, but it’s a feature that’s becoming very popular as a means of making more of outdoor spaces as extensions of our homes. The homebuyer can then specify and commission furniture, appliances, cooking equipment and accessories themselves, with the porcelain paving in place.
Our congratulations to the Hayfield team for their achievements and also our thanks for specifying Minoli series in their remarkable developments.
