Minoli Specified by Ede Homes for a delightful Cotswold development

A long-term client of Minoli, Ede Homes regularly specify porcelain tiles from Minoli’s collections in their kitchens, bathrooms, ensuites and other living areas.

The most recent example of this is in a delightful Ede development, nestled within the Cotswolds’ Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty called Mayflower Rise. These charming homes are complete with stunning views and signature high quality specification, in the picturesque village of Over Norton. Mayflower Rise comprises a unique collection of 3 and 5-bedroom homes offering ideal countryside living.

In one of these perfectly presented properties shown here, the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining area and adjoining utility room is tiled throughout in Minoli Storm White in a 60/60 size. Whilst quite contemporary in style, with the irregular markings of natural stone and a gentle warmth in tone, the soft, Matt surface feels at one with this rural setting.

Minoli’s ranges also feature in all the luxurious bathrooms. In the first we see Prism Cotton used to great effect in a 60/60 size on the floor and complementary 30/60 format on the walls and walk-in shower enclosure. Here the matching mid-size square mosaics provide extra grip underfoot and have also been used within the feature alcove shelf.

In another bathroom, with generous double basins and a sizeable landscape mirror, the Coast series creates an elegant and airy environment. The Light Colourway has a delicate shaded composition with a pale greige base colour and brighter brushed highlights. Again the 60/60 Matt tile has been used to enhance the sense of space, with a 30/60 wall tile and matching mosaics to the shower floor.

Lastly, in a third bathroom, the magnificent, marble-effect of Marvel Moon Onyx brings opulence with its subtle veining and almost cloud-like qualities. The recessed and cleverly lit shelving over the bath creates a focal feature, finished in the Matt mosaic.
