New Displays – London Day 1

Monday Morning – a busy start to the week at Minoli London, as we start the refitting of the displays within the showroom, along with a complete redecoration of the exterior of the building.

Led my Merchandising Manager Nick, the team on day one consisted of Paul Cassettari of Cassettari Construction who is commissioned with installing new hardwood to the front of the building, ready for decoration, as well as numerous repair and maintenance projects – it will soon be 8 years since Minoli took over this site and things tend to need attention after all of that time. Then we have Terry, one of the Minoli LGV drivers, who arrived with the tile supplies, fixing materials, as well as all of the ladders and scaffolding needed for a project like this. The truck chosen – of course one of the newest vehicles in the latest livery! Nick was joined by Matt who works within the Minoli merchandising department and started preparation work for the displays.

Day one went very well, everything off loaded, the displays scheduled for replacement were stripped, the exterior panels that needed replacing were removed and taken to the joinery workshop to be replicated exactly. Nick with the assistance of Matt even managed to install the first part of the first display – a wall of the Minoli Marvel Absolute Brown in XL Format 120/240.       

Although it has been an interesting year thus far and continues to be challenging Minoli continue to invest in new products and showroom displays.
