In the current economic climate, perhaps this is a factor of housebuilders and developers being a little more prudent with property completions and releasing them in line with market demand, but these are some of the ways in which Minoli delivers added value.

- We know we are price competitive on like-for-like material in relation to our peers in the industry, and our long-standing client base is testament to the confidence this cost-benefit brings.


- At our centrally located Oxford Warehouse and Distribution Centre, we hold on average circa £4m in net cost value stock of our most popular tile series, representing more than 600 product lines from over 100 ranges, ready for delivery.
- For clients in construction, automotive and retail, we maintain substantial, dedicated stocks for bespoke schemes, so providing assurance of a rapid, on-call supply line to maintain build schedules.


- We run our own fleet of 11 upgraded DAF delivery trucks and additional support vans, with Minoli employed drivers, meaning we can be far more responsive in planning our deliveries to site.
- This also means our drivers are familiar with their routes, our products and our customers’ preferences, so understanding the need to get the job done, in a professional manner.


- Our trucks are equipped with tail lifts or are curtain-sided for ease of cargo access, one equipped with a Moffett forklift, so we can conveniently and safely unload with ease on site.
